Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nilaa Food Products. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our food products to ensure they reach you fresh and in perfect condition. All products are securely packed in food-safe materials to prevent damage and contamination during transit.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Our standard estimates are:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2-4 business days.
- Other States in India: 4-7 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. The cost is based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
6. Damages
Nilaa Food Products is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Area
Nilaa Food Products currently ships to addresses within India only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. Any updates to our shipping locations will be reflected on this page.
